Machine Operator Wanted for Leading Industrial Company

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous machine operator for our partner, a leading industrial company specializing in mechanical splitting and lifting solutions. Are you technically inclined, detail-oriented, and looking to work in a stable production environment? This could be the job for you!

As a machine operator, you will be a vital part of the production team. You will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines, changing and setting up machine tools, and ensuring that production maintains high quality and runs efficiently. You will follow given instructions and procedures, perform quality checks, and contribute to order, safety, and a smooth workflow. The role also involves identifying and reporting any deviations, as well as collaborating with colleagues and management to optimize production.

Location: Gothenburg
Scope: Full-time, daytime Mon-Fri 07:00-15:30
Employment Type: This is a consulting assignment to begin with, with the intention of transitioning to a permanent position with our partner, provided everything goes well.

Your Profile

Requirements:
• Experience as a machine operator or assistant, or work within industry/production is a plus
• Technical interest and good machine understanding
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and quality-conscious
• Good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude
• Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written
